To keep your Rockrose Studio Supply cutters in excellent condition, hand wash them gently with warm, soapy water after each use. Avoid harsh scrubbing, abrasive tools, or high heat, which could dull the edges or affect the cutter’s shape. Store your cutters in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.

PETG is strong and durable, but applying firm, even pressure during use will give the cleanest cuts — avoid forcing the cutter through clay, as this can compromise the edges over time. These cutters are designed for polymer clay only and are not food-safe; please keep out of reach of children.

Our cutters are 3D printed in-house using premium PETG, a high-quality thermoplastic chosen for its durability, strength, and long-lasting performance. Unlike PLA, PETG is more challenging to print, requiring precise handling, but the results are worth it: a smoother finish, stronger edges, and a tool that stands up to repeated use without warping or cracking.

By upgrading to PETG, we ensure that every cutter is professional-grade and reliable, offering a superior experience compared to standard 3D-printed tools. This careful attention to material and craftsmanship reflects our commitment to providing tools that creators can trust.

All new cutters are printed in white, so please note that the colors shown in product images (pink, black, grey, etc.) are from previous stock and may not match the cutter you will receive. The design, quality, and attention to detail remain the same — each tool is crafted with care for your creative hands.

Orders placed before 12 PM PST on business days begin processing the same day; orders after 12 PM PST, on weekends, or holidays start the next business day.

U.S. Orders: Choose USPS or UPS at checkout. Standard USPS Ground Advantage usually delivers in 2–5 business days. Faster options, including USPS Priority, USPS Express, and UPS expedited services, are also available. Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.

Canadian Orders: We ship via USPS First Class International, Priority Mail International, or Priority Mail Express International. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Please note that your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional delivery fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
