Refund & Return Policy

We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of both our handmade jewelry and clay cutters. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return options:

Handmade Jewelry

Full Refund: You may return unworn and unused jewelry for a full refund within 10 days of delivery.

Exchange or Store Credit: You may request an exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery.

Condition Requirements: Jewelry must be in original packaging and unworn to qualify for a return.

No Returns After 30 Days.

Clay Cutters, Tools & Supplies

Final Sale: Due to their handmade and specialty nature, all sales of cutters, tools, and supplies are final.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

In cases of damage or defect, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your payment provider to process the transaction.
