Do you offer international shipping to countries other than Canada?

At this time, we only offer international shipping to Canada. We do not ship internationally to any other countries outside the U.S. and Canada.

Do you ship to Canada, and are there additional fees I should know about?

Yes, we currently offer international shipping to Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and estimated delivery times will be displayed based on the option you select.

Please be aware that orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees (such as VAT) upon arrival. These charges are determined by Canadian customs and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout.

In addition to customs fees, last mile delivery surcharges may also apply. These additional fees are charged by the shipping carrier during final delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. Rockrose Clay Co. is not liable for any such surcharges.

Can I choose a faster shipping option?

Yes! At checkout, you’ll have the option to choose expedited shipping services such as USPS Priority, USPS Express, or UPS expedited. These options can reduce transit time, but please note that they do not shorten the processing time needed to prepare your order.

When will my order ship, and how long does processing take?

We process orders in the sequence they’re received to ensure fairness and accuracy. For clay cutters and tools, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Orders placed before 12 PM PST on business days start processing the same day; orders placed after 12 PM PST, on weekends, or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Handmade jewelry orders usually ship within 1–3 business days since each piece is ready to go.

If your order includes both jewelry and clay tools, we’ll ship everything together once all items are processed, which may take up to 5 business days.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Because we process orders quickly, changes to shipping addresses cannot be guaranteed. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

Because we begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast turnaround times, we’re unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check your cart and shipping information before completing your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?

Yes! All our handmade jewelry comes beautifully gift wrapped at no extra charge. If you'd like to include a personalized message, please contact us after placing your order so we can help arrange it.

What is your refund and exchange policy?

Handmade Jewelry: You may return your jewelry for a full refund within 10 days of delivery. After 10 days but within 30 days, you're welcome to exchange the item or receive store credit. We do not accept returns after 30 days. To be eligible, the jewelry must be unworn and in its original packaging.

Clay Cutters, Tools, and Transfer Sheets: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with your item, please contact us right away so we can make it right.

What if my package is lost or returned?

While lost or returned packages are rare, we’re here to help. If your package is returned to us, a new shipping label will need to be purchased to resend it. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. We’ll work with you to find a suitable solution.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or has issues?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you find any damage, defects, or received the wrong item, contact us immediately at rockroseclay@gmail.com. We’re here to help and will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress until delivery.
