To keep your Rockrose clay cutters in excellent shape, hand wash them gently with warm, soapy water after use. Avoid harsh scrubbing or high heat, which could dull the edges or cause warping. These cutters should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat sources. When using them, apply firm, even pressure to achieve clean cuts, but don’t force them through the clay—doing so can cause damage. Please note that our cutters are not food-safe and should be kept out of reach of children. With proper care, they’ll stay sharp and ready for countless creative sessions.

Our cutters are 3D printed in-house using premium PLA, a thermoplastic made from renewable resources. Thanks to its natural origins, PLA biodegrades into non-toxic substances, making it an environmentally friendly and sustainable choice. Because filament manufacturers occasionally discontinue certain colors, the color of your cutter may vary slightly from the product images. Orders placed before 12 PM PST on business days begin processing the same day; orders after 12 PM PST, on weekends, or holidays start the next business day.

For U.S. domestic orders, you can choose USPS or UPS shipping at checkout. Our standard USPS Ground Advantage usually delivers within 2–5 business days.
